Who we are
Innovation Analytics is an Omani company in Muscat. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit this website or contact our team.
Website visits
This website uses no analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser information and access logs, to deliver and protect the service.
Project enquiries
When online enquiries are enabled, we ask for your name, email, area of interest and a short project brief. Company and phone are optional. We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements and manage the enquiry. There is no file upload or marketing subscription. Please do not include passwords, financial records or sensitive personal information. While the form is unavailable, it cannot send an enquiry.
What we rely on to process it
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the enquiry form. Omani law offers no legitimate-interest or necessity route for sending personal data outside Oman, so consent is the basis and we ask for it explicitly rather than implying it from a notice. The box is never pre-ticked, and the form will not send without it. We keep a record of the exact wording you agreed to and the time you agreed to it, because the law requires us to be able to show what was consented to — not merely that something was.
Email and direct contact
When enabled, the enquiry form passes your details through Vercel to Brevo for email delivery and to our inbox provider so our team can respond. Calling or opening WhatsApp uses your chosen telephone or messaging service; its privacy terms also apply. Email sent to our published address reaches a shared inbox that forwards to the people handling enquiries.
Sending your enquiry outside Oman
Your enquiry does leave Oman, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it. This website runs on Vercel in Frankfurt, Germany, and enquiry email is delivered by Brevo, a French company. Both are outside Oman, so sending your enquiry is a cross-border transfer and it happens on your consent. Before relying on a provider we satisfy ourselves that the protection it offers is not lower than Omani law requires. We also keep a written assessment of this transfer — what is sent, why, to whom, for how long, the countries it passes through and where it ends up, and what could go wrong for you. The Ministry may ask us for a copy of that assessment, and we can produce it.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw it at any time, and you do not have to give a reason. Call the number below and we will delete the enquiry from our inbox and ask our email provider to remove its copy. Withdrawal stops any further use; it cannot undo a reply we have already sent to you. If you would rather not have your details leave Oman at all, do not use the form — call or message us instead, and nothing is transferred.
How long we keep enquiries
We delete an enquiry 90 days after the last contact about it. The rule exists because the law requires personal data to be erased once the purpose it was collected for has ended, so an enquiry we are no longer answering has no reason to sit in an inbox. Deletion is a recurring task on our own maintenance diary, not an intention. If an enquiry becomes a project, or a record has to be kept for an obligation that applies to us, we manage that separately and tell you the arrangement. Provider logs and backups follow each provider’s own retention settings, which we do not control.
Limiting abuse of the form
To stop the enquiry form being used to send bulk mail, we count recent submissions per visitor for a few minutes. The counter holds a one-way hash of your network address, never the address itself, and it lives only in memory — nothing is written down, nothing is kept beyond the few minutes, and it is never used to recognise you on a later visit. If you hit the limit the form says so and offers you the phone number.

The Fawtara date calculator works in your browser. Its numbers are not sent to us or stored by the website.
Your rights, and how to use them
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, and object to a decision made about you by automated means. Ask by calling the number below. We may need to check you are who you say you are before we act, and we will say so rather than simply not replying. There is no charge. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, which supervises this law.
The law this notice works to
The Personal Data Protection Law, Royal Decree 6/2022, as amended by Royal Decree 68/2026, together with its Executive Regulation, Ministerial Decision 34/2024. Royal Decree 68/2026 came into force on 7 September 2026 with no transition period, and it is what makes the transfer, consent and erasure rules above apply to us directly.
